An amazing piece of luggage!

My fellow traveller, age four, absolutely loves this case, and so do I. Unlike a backpack, this can easily be pulled or scooted through airports (plus it has a shoulder strap in case an adult needs to carry it). My fellow traveller, age four, absolutely loves this case, and so do I. Unlike a backpack, this can easily be pulled or scooted through airports (plus it has a shoulder strap in case an adult needs to carry it). I was worried that a tall child would be too large to ride on it, but it works great. It holds a lot too--a change of clothes, jacket, blanket, stuffed toy, snacks and books. Interior elastic straps keep the contents from shifting. Melissa and Doug really know their market...this case even has four tiny "secret compartments" inside, which got filled with some dimes by my young traveller. We also decorated the case with the stickers thst are sold separately (eyes and a smile!). Attached to the strap is a little plastic key which locks the case (a good idea, because it can pop open if the latches get bumped). Last week, we made a long trip with several airplane changes. The case fit perfectly under the seat end served as a nice footrest in-flight. A total success...and it brought a smile to all who saw the happy preschooloer scooting cheerfully through the concourses! (Those kids lugging backpacks looked on wistfully...) Unless you are navigating airports with shag carpet, you won"t be disappointed with this suitcase. It's reasonably priced too.
