good but very complicate to set up
Strengths: comfortable, good price
Weakness: straps twist easily, hard to set up
we bought it for couples of months. Everything runs good but very very complicate to set up the seat at beginning. Not a good design but still a good price to buy it. The only problem with this car seat would be the buckel that sits between the legs instead of the pelvic bone. In addition, the straps twist within kid's brackets really easily.
Inexpensive option for babies who have outgrown...
Strengths: Inexpensive, convertible (rear & forward-facing), can use for child up to 100 lbs, light-colored pattern good in hot climate
Weakness: Difficult to install, buckle too low (clasps at pubic bone), straps not very thick (somewhat flimsy), baby's head falls forward when sleeping
We actually got this seat in a slightly different pattern, but it's the same car seat. I did a lot of research on car seats before buying this one, and we finally decided on this one because it was the most bang for the least buck. We didn't want to have to buy another seat down the road, and this is the only seat out there that goes up to 100 lbs. Like other reviews have stated, it is difficult...
