Description
The BabyBjörn Baby Carrier Air helps keep you and your baby cooler with soft 3D mesh, specifically designed for BabyBjörn. The fabric keep baby cool and comfortable while providing vital closeness between parent and baby. As with the other BabyBjörn Baby Carriers, the BabyBjörn Baby Carrier Air can be used for newborns (minimum 8 lbs, with the safety strap fastened) as well as older babies (maximum 25 lbs). Newborns should be carried facing inward and older babies that can hold their heads up may be carried facing forward. The BabyBjörn Baby Carrier Air is easy to fold into the attached elastic bag and takes up very little space. All fabrics are machine washable and Oko-Tex class 1 certified (materials guaranteed harmless to infants).

Weakness: difficult initial use/instructions
This is a great carrier once you figure out how to use it. It takes a little getting used to figuring out the snapping system. It is easy on the back for both men and women. It can be used front-facing as well as person-facing.
Strengths: Easy to put on for tired moms and dads. The idea about AIR fabric is excellent for our Florida climate! Love color's that matches to my "sport" style clothes.

Nice, but expensive
Strengths: It's great to use when going outdoors whether it be for shopping or just going for a walk.
Weakness: Little on the expensive side. I think the brown one costs about $20 less, but works the same.
We had one for our first kid. Used it the first year then gave it away. It was great for going shopping or just walking around the house to put her to sleep. We gave it away, and 4 years later, we had to buy a another. My wife didn't like the brown one, so we ended up getting this one. It works great and make life easier at least during the day.
